I signed up for these messages many months ago. I often share these with you on my Facebook page, but this time it was a bit long so I thought I'd post it here. I look forward to these weekly and daily messages. If you'd like to sign up to receive these as well here's the link http://www.befreepeople.com/?page_id=934. I promise you will love it! Here's this week's, Truth of the Week...it's all about the drama in our life.
Enjoy!

“Life is filled with drama; you can either be enrolled in the drama or you can view the drama as the unfolding of a story line.” ~Amir Zoghi
Christina, when you’re watching a movie and you are experiencing its drama you are aware that the drama is part of a greater plot in the movie’s story line. You wouldn’t pause the movie when you get enrolled in the drama; you keep watching the movie because you want to know how the story line will unfold. In life my dear Christina, you don’t need to stop everything when you are experiencing drama and continue to hold onto the drama by reacting to it. You have to let go of the drama to let the story continue. In a movie, just like in life the drama that is taking place is building up to the point where you totally experience what the movie is trying to share with you.
In life Christina, you don’t need to get caught up in the drama, you are just required to experience the drama for what it is. And then you continue to move on in order for your life’s story line to unfold towards further experiences that are awaiting you. Too many people however not only get caught up in their drama but they seek to get involved in the dramas of others too. Simply become aware of the drama and allow yourself to experience the drama but don’t feel the need to react to the drama as that is how you will find yourself getting caught up by it and not moving on in your story line.
This may be difficult, especially when in the midst of the drama but for as long as you are continuing to react to the drama you are placing your life movie on pause. Every great movie has great drama in the story line and so does every great life experience. But let the drama bring you whatever experience it is bringing you without you needing to fix it and you won’t get caught up in the drama. If you are not yet clear by what your dramas in your life are, just ask yourself what is consuming your mind and you will have identified the dramas in your life.
At the end of the day Christina, you must embrace these experiences caused by your dramas but you are not required to react to the drama. And once you have embraced the experiences the drama is causing you to have you can then freely feel what you would love to experience next in your story line. You will also then find that you won’t have the urge to react to the drama and instead you will feel inspired to continue to act on what you love.
