Hi, I'm Christina. I’m a 44 year old, very happily married, busy mom of 2 with a full-time job as an Executive Assistant and have a passion for health and fitness. I love working on myself and sharing with others how to create a new lifestyle that not only works for your whole family, it also works to create positive changes to your body, mind and spirit. I’m a certified Insanity Instructor and Beachbody Coach. I created this page for those of us looking to connect and motivate each other on our own health and fitness journeys while keeping up with our extremely busy lifestyles. Maybe you’re struggling with your health and fitness or need extra support, accountability and motivation to make it stick this time but are pretty busy and just want to get on with it. I hear ya!!
