Success!! I have to say I'm impressed with myself. LOL!!! Spent all evening making these for Petra's movie night birthday party tomorrow. Pretty simple just time consuming. They are perfect for the theme. Let's hope they taste good. You just cut into mini marshmallows and they look like popcorn. Then use a food color spray so it looks like butter on the top.
