Yes, you can indulge this holiday season without the guilt!

Happy, happy December 1st!  Boy this year went by so fast to me.  The last 5 months or so just went by in a flash.

I made a serious commitment to myself in April when I turned 40 to make this the year that I get serious about my health and fitness.  It was time that I made them a priority in my life.  I puttsed (is that a word?) around for awhile about it, exercising and making some changes in my diet.  It wasn't until August, when I realized that I needed to make a lifestyle change rather than trying quick fixes, that I really made any progress.

It no longer was about a diet or just training for something, it was about what I could do for me forever!

I made some amazing changes in my life that I'm so proud of and I feel like I really get it this time.  Of course there's always room to tweak and do better, but it's a process.  I am in a fabulous fitness groove right now and clean and lean eating has made some serious improvements in how my body looks and feels.

Even though it's the holidays I'm not about to give up!!  I will not throw in the towel now after all this hard work.  Yes I will be going to parties and throwing parties and enjoying amazing food and drinks.  It's not about depriving myself of goodies or indulgences.  It's about doing them in moderation and planning for them.  Eating well, exercising and doing that every day.  So when I do indulge it's not going to hurt me and I'm right back at the normal routine the next day!!

I'm going to enjoy every morsel and every sip this holiday season and not have the guilt that I used to have in the past over doing that.  You're on board with me right?

Happy December my Happy Fit Peeps!!
