Hi, I'm Christina. I’m a 44 year old, very happily married, busy mom of 2 with a full-time job as an Executive Assistant and have a passion for health and fitness. I love working on myself and sharing with others how to create a new lifestyle that not only works for your whole family, it also works to create positive changes to your body, mind and spirit. I’m a certified Insanity Instructor and Beachbody Coach. I created this page for those of us looking to connect and motivate each other on our own health and fitness journeys while keeping up with our extremely busy lifestyles.
