Don't worry I'm going to live...I had a cortisone shot today and it hurt like a mother you know what!!! I almost passed out. I got super sweaty, pale, nauseous and I could barely hear her talking to me. Had to lay down for a bit. I'm such a baby when it comes to needles. I would rather do hours of Insanity Max 30 than do that again. I have shoulder bursitis and tendonitis. Apparently the muscle is extremely inflamed. She said it will hurt worse before it gets better over the next few days. So glad it's the weekend!!#ahappyfitlife via Instagram: @chrissymartinez
