I've done Insanity before and no other at home DVD workout can compete with it. That is my personal opinion of course, but I honestly believe that Shaun T can get you in better shape in 60 days than anyone else. :)
I have also fallen in love with Chalene Johnson. She is the creator of TurboJam and TurboFire and an amazing, inspiring woman! She has a program called Chalean Extreme which is a weight based workout and I've decided to combine the 2 workouts into one program to get the best of both worlds. I found an example of this workout online and put it into a schedule so it was easy and handy. I wanted to rev up my workouts to get ready for spring and summer. :) It's getting closer and closer!!
The program is 3 months long (which takes us to the middle of June which is summer time!!) and I've posted my workout schedule down below. You can copy the pics and print it out if you'd like so you have it handy. Please know that you can modify this workout to meet your needs. Change the days of the week to fit your schedule. I will play with this schedule to coincide with my social schedule. I can often workout longer on the weekends so Sunday’s off can be moved around if I need to have an evening off during the week.

Remember that your fitness routine is only part of the process. You must eat well and drink plenty of water to offer your body the nutrition it needs to keep up with your workouts and get the best results for you. You want to be sure you are eating enough whole foods and getting enough calories in to have the most energy, to burn fat and build muscle during your workouts.
