Time for lean and clean baby!!

I've gotten a bit off track with my eating the last few weeks so I'm going to get back to what I know works best for me...eating clean!  My personal mantra is to eat clean at least 80% of the time and keep up with my fitness plan 6 days a week.

This plan allows me to have indulgences, a glass of wine and enjoy social times with my family and friends without any guilt at all.

It leans out my body and keeps me in tip top shape.  I have some goals for myself with my body and I really need to step up my game so getting back to what I know works best for me and putting this out there for all you to see will definitely keep me accountable.

Here's a quick visual of what eating clean is all about.  My bible is Tosca Reno's book The Eat-Clean Diet Recharged.  It's an amazing book to get you started on this new lifestyle.
