Enjoying my morning cup of hot lemon water. There are so many positive things this one simple drink can do for you.
You begin your day by lowering the PH in your tummy, which helps to preserve your natural probiotics, it aids in digestion, detox...ifies your body, clears skin and helps to lower your cholesterol levels.
You can also have this for your nightcap before going to bed or even when you may be feeling a bit of nausea or uncomfortable from eating too much. Add some raw honey to this when you are feeling a bit under the weather with a cold or sore throat.
When you're all done with your drink don’t just throw away that lemon slice, dump it down the garbage disposal to help eliminate odors!!
