Way to go Missy Elliott!

There are thousands and thousands and thousands of people that have lost weight and become healthier with the help of Beachbody products and celebrities are among them.  There are many that have used P90X and Insanity to get in shape for movie roles and tours.  Here's the latest among them.

Missy Elliott looks absolutely, unbelievably amazing from Focus T25 and Insanity at home just like I have!!  She changed up her nutrition and pushed play on her DVD player every day and did what Shaun T told her to do, just like I do!!  :)  She wasn't paid to use these products at all.  Fabulous results!  You can do this too!!  I'll even be there to help you!  ~Christina
