Some mamas lift more than their kids!!


Great news!!!  In honor of the Les Mills Pump special challenge pack price, I put together a little video of what the workout is like. I am in LOVE with this workout!!  Ladies, do NOT let the weights scare you.  We can and we should be lifting weights and NO we will not bulk up.  We will get lean and defined and burn fat!!

We cannot bulk up, we have way too much estrogen for that.  Female body builders train 4-5 hours a day, lift ridiculous amounts of weight just to get a little bulk (supplements do the rest).  Lifting weights decreases your body fat, increases lean muscles mass and helps your body burn calories more efficiently.  You should hit the weights 2-3 times a week in addition to your other cardio workouts.

I always stayed away from weights because:

1) I did not know what the heck I was doing
2) The free weight area at the gym with all the big muscly guys intimidated me
3) The machines intimidated me and I didn't want to look like a silly girl doing it wrong
4) I didn't know proper form and didn't want to hurt myself
5) I was afraid of getting too bulky

Well you don't have to worry about any of these things at all!  You do this from the privacy of your own home, you learn proper technique and you start out with lighter weights and you work yourself up.  Easy peasy lemon squeezy!!

This package even COMES WITH the weights so you don't have to worry about not having the equipment cuz they give it to you!  BOOM!  Just like that you have everything you need in one box. See I take care of you like that!!

P.S. Thank you to my daughter Petra for being my videographer!  It's our first joint venture so we'll get better at it.  :)
